Summer is over, the trees threw off their clothes and prepared for bed. Under it, many animals found refuge that will spend the winter there.
Waiting for spring
Under the fallen leaves, many seeds of different plants are waiting in the wings. One spring rain is enough, and instead of a carpet of leaves a green young grass will appear, and then yellow, white, blue flowers.
But you have to be careful! Communication with nature can be dangerous if you cultivate the land with your bare hands or pick berries and flowers in the forest or on the field. You can injure yourself on glass, rusty objects, or be bitten by insects or snakes.
The shells of forest bugs are similar to the shields of ancient warriors or masks of sorcerers. These bugs are so “dressed” to scare their enemies who want to eat them.
Larvae
Not only spiders and snails hide under the leaves, but also many white and yellow caterpillars. These are the larvae of various insects. Pupae are formed from larvae, and insects from pupae.
Ants
Ants scurry around the earth in search of small seeds that they carry to their home - anthill. Some collect only straws: they are needed in order to build a dome over the anthill to maintain heat.
